A place to feel heard, understood and less alone.

Connection • Lived Experience • Wellbeing • Awareness

My2FeetandIBD is a supportive community for people living with IBD, chronic and invisible illness — a place to connect, share lived experiences, discover practical tools and talk about the things others don't always see.

Community Blog - Lived Experiences from our community!

Welcome to My2FeetandIBD

My2FeetandIBD was created as a place where people living with IBD, chronic and invisible illness could feel heard, understood and less alone.

At its heart is lived experience — creating opportunities to connect, share honestly, raise awareness and support wellbeing without judgement.

What began as a space for community and shared experiences continues to grow, bringing together real stories, useful resources and honest conversations about the realities of living with illness — including Your Voice #ShowYourSurvival, #ProudOfMyScars, and everything in between.

You don't need to have the same story to belong here. Whether you're living with illness yourself, supporting someone you care about, or simply wanting to understand more, you're welcome.

MY JOURNEY

WE ARE NOT INVISIBLE

Awareness matters.

These projects are part of the work I’ve been involved in to help raise awareness of IBD, invisible illness and the experiences that are often unseen — including World IBD Day and collaborations with other awareness groups.

WORLD IBD (INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE) DAY!

A SPECIAL IBD AWARENESS PROJECT
(IN CONJUNCTION WITH "TEAM TENISA!")

STRONGER TOGETHER

Connection can make a tough day feel a little less lonely.

Stronger Together brings people together through lived experience, conversation and community — creating opportunities to connect with others who understand that life with chronic or

invisible illness doesn't always go to plan.

Our gatherings are based on peer connection and lived experience,

not medical advice or professional health services.
