I hope you are safe and well! - Firstly, thank you for joining me on my journey. I have so much I want to share and I will be thrilled if I can help you in some way.

I will share with you my personal experiences, my journeys and what I have learned so far.

I have experience in; adoption, IBD, depression, PTSD, narcissism abuse and parental alienation, plus lots of little things in between.

I believe in empathy, compassion, care, self-care, self-awareness, understanding, respect and honesty.

I would like to create a supportive atmosphere where people feel free to seek help and share their stories without any fear of being belittled, trolled or emotionally abused. I have first-hand experience in this and I know how hard it can be to comprehend. For this reason, if there are any signs of destructive criticism, that person will be banned from our site. For added protection, a lot of the areas on this site are private and only available to specific members.
